Here is our guide to plan a School at the ICISE Conference Center, Vietnam.
Airports and Pick up
First of all, take a look at our Travel Information section: you will find the nearest airport to Quy Nhon and information about getting there from International Airports.
We offer shuttle service (by bus or by taxi from and to the local airport).
Hotel Accomodation
Grad students, young and senior researchers, full professors and deans: everyone deserves a nice accomodation. We will reserve the hotel, according to your needs.
Getting to the ICISE Conference Center from the hotels
We organise a shuttle service to and from your hotel, approximately 10 minutes. People can also take the footpath to the ICISE Conference Center and enjoy a beautiful 45-minute walk: get your exercise before attending School!
Is there any coffee?And lunch?
The ICISE Conference Center provides you with a full range of catering services right outside your meeting room, on the terrace or in the private parkland. Your participants will both enjoy wonderful food and the beautiful landscape.
Our experience in organizing Schools
In 2017 we are to host the Vietnam School on Neutrino, the CIMPA research school- Noncommutative Geometry and Applications to Quantum Physics, the Vietnam School on astrophysics, the School on Computational Biology for Infectious Diseases (CBID 2017), the Vietnam School on fluid mechanics and the Vietnam Summer School of Science.
We also plan to host the Asia-Pacific-Europe School of High Energy physics …and more in 2018.
